Beach Villa Sites
Where shallow waters provide a tropical playground, the Beach Villas directly overlook the white sand beach and a sublime ribbon of reef-lined water. Eight exquisite Oceanfront Sites are available. Thoughtfully designed to accommodate open living spaces and comfort, the Beach Villas offer three to six bedrooms and a private infinity pool.
Estate Villa Sites
Individually placed to take advantage of the natural topographical features of the land with dramatic living spaces, Estate Villas combine the ultimate in privacy with breathtaking, expansive views. Sites range from one to ten acres and are designed for a single home consisting of mutiple dwellings.
Ridge Villa Sites
Tucked into the hillside, the Ridge Villas offer views across the turquoise waters of the Eustatia Sound and are a short walk away from the Beach Club. These seven exceptional sites are designed to accommodate villas with one story intermittent walkout levels and range from three to six bedrooms. Of seven Ridge Villa sites, only two remain.
Marina Village Sites
Overlooking the 88-slip Oil Nut Bay Marina on Deep Bay, these sites provide easy access to your boat along with snorkelling, kite surfing and sailing. The Marina Village also includes artisan boutique shops and a new Lobster Shack Restaurant.
Boulder Villa Sites
