Property Valuator/Property Appraiser
This is a new service being offered by Paradise Realty and requires a committed self starter for the BVI Market.
Our property valuation and appraisal services will cater to individual, financial, commercial, and government clients. These services encompass targeted research into the appropriate market areas, and the assembling of all pertinent data to determine open market, replacement, and/or investment valuations.
Must have several years experience and formal training and must be market savvy.
Good communication, supervision and negotiation skills and valid driver's license are required. High commission/business opportunity available to the right candidate.

Accepting applications for a Realtor to join our team. Applicant must have prior experience in the field, good sales record, formal training and should be a self-starter.
